It was a pleasure to join this year’s PCA Plumbing Service Conference in Indianapolis.

The conference was absolutely packed with insights and ideas that will help our members improve service operations, drive profitability, and continue to innovate.

It was also a great opportunity to share some of the work the GBPCA has been doing around Recovery in Boston and the importance of supporting workforce wellbeing.

A big thank you to UA Local 440 Plumbers, Pipefitters,& HVAC Techs and North Mechanical Contracting and Service for hosting us at their shop and training hall. Thanks as well to Kevin Walsh from EM Duggan (and a former GBPCA President) for moderating much of the event and sharing valuable insights throughout the conference.

We also appreciate the Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA) and PCA National for organizing such a great event, along with all of the attendees who helped make it such a success.
