Growing up among five brothers who shared a passion for tinkering, Tim’s early exposure to the plumbing industry came from his visits to P.V. Sullivan, his uncle’s plumbing, heating, and HVAC supply shop. Starting as a one-person shop in Hanover, T. Sullivan Mechanical initially focused on residential projects and service. Tim’s journey from apprenticeship with Local 12 to becoming a licensed plumber led him to establish the business, which evolved to specialize in multi-residential projects, including mid-rise wood frame properties.
