Women in Construction Week 2026 is upon us and the PCA would like to recognize and show appreciation for all the amazing Tradeswomen in our industry!

The PCA was proud to help kick off the week by sponsoring Girls Rising in Trades Inc and their plumbing workshop at the Local 12 Training Hall. It was a great chance to introduce young women to the many opportunities available in the plumbing industry.

The PCA is also proud of the many signatory contractor members who are leading efforts of their own to expand opportunities and create pathways for women in the industry. Their continued commitment to mentorship, training, and outreach is making a real difference.

Thanks to all the Local 12 tradeswomen who joined to share about their experiences in the trade, including Jen, Tiffany, Lauren, Sarah, Janelle, Helen, and Patricia.

It is always a privilege to support and encourage the next generation of tradeswomen. The future of the Plumbing Industry looks brighter than ever in their hands!
