“It all begins with an idea.” E.F.R. was founded by Ricardo Souza. At first, Ricardo relied on Plumbers 911, a Local 12 marketing service that connects union shops with homeowners and small businesses seeking plumbing services. After completing the work, the customers would often turn into clients and call him back for additional projects. Word of mouth and good relationships also led to additional work, the referrals kept him busy. E.F.R. now employs over 50 union plumbers, a fully staffed office, a prefab shop, and many projects in progress.
