3rd Annual Plumbing Industry Day at the Mass Statehouse

March 27, 2025  |  News

The 3rd Annual Plumbing Industry Day at the MA Statehouse on March 27th was a massive success! There was an incredible turnout of over 200 attendees making their voices heard on issues critical to the plumbing industry in Massachusetts.

This was a great opportunity for our community to come together to share concerns and address industry issues. Representatives from the Greater Boston Plumbing Contractors Association, Plumbers Local 12, Local 51, Local 4, Local 104, Plumbing Inspectors, the PHCC of MA, IAPMO, and others from across the Plumbing Industry in Massachusetts collaborated to provide elected officials with valuable insights and ask difficult questions regarding future policies.

We would especially like to thank Governor Maura Healey, Commissioner of Division of Occupational Licensure Sarah Wilkinson, Senator Lydia Edwards, and others for their willingness to engage with us on these matters and their avid support of our industry. Thanks as well to all our allies that joined in solidarity, including folks from the Massachusetts Rivers Alliance.

Let this day serve as a powerful reminder of the impact we can make by joining hands to advocate for our industry. Thank you again for your dedication and engagement as we work together to build a prosperous future for our city, state, and nation!
